Delivery & Returns
- In addition to the legal right of withdrawal available for online orders, you have 15 days from the date the return/dispatch confirmation email is sent to return your order, both for in-store purchases and online orders.
You cannot return items such as underwear, swimwear without the hygiene seal, earrings, tights, or socks.
Clothing must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal and external tags attached, without alterations, and accompanied by the appropriate purchase receipt).
Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. Under the above conditions, you may return an item to one of our stores or request a home pickup by requesting the return label from your account on the website.
TED BAKER reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the clothing is not in the same condition in which it was sent and/or if it does not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide proof that they have been sent back.
Defective or Faulty Product:
If, under rare circumstances, you receive a defective or faulty product, the fastest solution is to visit one of our stores in the same market where the product was purchased.
Once you arrive at the store, a sales assistant will check the condition of the garment. If the defect is confirmed and the store has the product in stock, we will replace it or issue a refund according to your preference and the store’s availability.
Refund Period:
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days in all cases.
For orders paid with cash on delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer if the return request is made from a home address (returns via courier), or in cash if the return is made in store
